About us

The TRiFOCAL resource bank was initiated as part of the EU LIFE funded project TRiFOCAL London (2015-19). The purpose of this site is to provide a platform on which to share evidence, guidance and examples of campaign materials piloted in the project, both in London and by our EU replication cities.

The partners involved in TRiFOCAL are detailed here, and the EU replication cities are mapped here.

About this site

The TRiFOCAL resource bank is a virtual resource centre for stakeholders to easily find and share information about innovative new approaches to behaviour change that aim to prevent food waste, encourage recycling of inedible food and promote healthy sustainable eating.

We actively promote a collaborative approach to tackling the issues of food waste, recycling inedible food and healthy sustainable eating. The resource bank is therefore intended to be used by a broad spectrum of users such as businesses, local authorities/municipalities, schools and community groups.

We would encourage you to make use of the resources on this site to inform and deliver your own behaviour change campaign. If you need any guidance or support in using the materials, please contact the TRiFOCAL team.

Using the site

All visitors to the resource bank can browse resources, but membership of the site is required to download or comment on resources.

Answers to commonly asked questions will eventually be collated to form a separate FAQ page. In the meantime, if you have a specific question please get in touch with us via our contact page.
